Orders placed before 2 p.m. are shipped on the same business day. Over 90% of orders reach recipients the next day.
In a hurry? Visit our store or choose in-store pickup. We prepare orders within 30 minutes.

Yes. You may return all unopened cosmetic products within 14 days. You can return them by shipping or delivering them to our store. Refunds are processed within 5 business days (faster if you did not pay by bank card).

No. We have consciously decided not to offer automated skin tests.
Over the years, we have tested various skin analysis solutions – from simple online questionnaires to advanced AI-based systems. We have noticed that different tools often provide quite different results for the same person or suggest the same products regardless of the specific concern, which is why we do not believe that a test alone can reliably determine a skin type or build a suitable routine.
Instead, we offer live support. If you have questions about skincare or a specific product, you can always write to us – we strive to respond to every customer personally.
If you would like a comprehensive, individually tailored skincare routine, you can make use of our professional consultation.
Although there is a fee for the consultation, we send a gift voucher of the same value afterward to be used in our shop. In other words, the cost of the consultation is returned to you as credit for shopping at the Bareskin store. Therefore, this service is particularly useful for those who want to receive individual recommendations and are also planning to purchase skincare products.
